Deadlift on camera: reps, lockout and bar speed
Put the phone at knee height, straight from the side, so the plates don’t hide your body.

Lockout line
An upright line passes through your ankles. It lights up when your knees and hips lock at the top. Shoulders back is part of lockout too; the skeleton can’t show it, so check it on the video.
Conventional and sumo
Filmed from the side, the skeleton shows knee and hip angles wherever the joints are clearly visible.
Bar speed
Each pull’s mean concentric velocity sits above it on the timeline.
Counting
Reps are counted from the bar leaving the floor and coming back. The lockout dot is a separate check, so a rep counts even when it doesn’t light up.
